Q: I already made this payment, why am I getting another bill?

If you have already sent in your payment and are getting another bill, please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the system to update. If you continue to receive a bill, then it is likely that your payment was not posted. Due to the high volume of transactions that we process, sometimes payments are overlooked. We apologize for this inconvenience and appreciate your patience. We ask that you notify us either by email, fax or written letter telling us: your name, date of birth, which doctor saw you, which hospital you were at, the date of your payment, check number and exact amount, and we will post the information promptly.
